These sinus relief Shower Steamers are made to revive you when a cold is getting the best of you or when you just need a little pick me up to feel awake, energised and refreshed! Made with pure essential oils and menthol crystals for decongestion relief.

ORANGE SPEARMINT:
Wake up with this uplifting, fresh and invigorating blend!
This citrus-minty blast is made to energise you for the day ahead.

LAVENDER: this one is calming and relaxing that’ll get you ready for a good nights sleep or alternatively, a calming start to your day.

Directions:
Place one steamer on the floor of the shower, in the direction you will be facing and out of the main stream. A gentle splash of water will activate the vapours. Breathe deep and enjoy!

For shower use only - do not place in bath. (Due to high concentration of essential oils and menthol)
Avoid contact with eyes and sensitive areas.
